Launch
Chiasma kicks off the year with a Launch event in March.
It brings together students and industry interested in Chiasma to hear from speakers and find out about the planned Chiasma events for the year.
It connects an audience of motivated students with professionals in STEM industries and provides an opportunity for them to network over drinks and nibbles.
Connect
Chiasma Connect is a mentoring programme which connects high calibre students with industry professionals.
This unique program allows students to gain valuable insights into the STEM industry, whilst enhancing their professional development, networking skills and more.
For mentors, it is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills as well as a rewarding experience to help aspiring students reach their potential.
Synapse
Synapse is Chiasma’s flagship event of the year, attended by more than 1000 people across the country.
This networking event is an opportunity to learn from and be inspired by influential leaders in the STEM industry.
Students also get the opportunity to network around exhibition booths of companies where they can grow their own network and awareness of key STEM industry players.
Visits & Workshops
Site visits provide students with an opportunity to get a real world glimpse of the facilities, operations and success of companies that they are interested in.
Chiasma also holds a range of workshops throughout the year, these are focused events designed to help develop students to reach their potential. The workshops equip students with important skills and awareness that compliments the technical knowledge from their degree.
